Smugglers Cottage Playhouse This amazing playhouse is built to look like a cute little cottage - the perfect hideaway for a crafty smuggler too! Entry to the house is through a two-part stable-style door - great for leaning over on a sunny day - with a large handle and a decorative hinges. The pretty sloping roof has a wavy design along the eves, giving a really rustic look to the cottage, while the roof has a pair of (non-funtioning!) chimneys.Four clear polystyrene-glazed windows - two at the front and one on either side - keep the interior well lit. These windows each have decorative mock shutters and a window box underneath - great for making a pretty flower display. Made from the highest quality Swedish pine timber, this great playhouse is supplied unfinished and untreated. For an additional fee you may choose to have the house painted to a two-tone design (as pictured) in a great selection of colour - please just look in the 'Accessories' tab to see these.While this playhouse can be constructed with relative ease by a couple of able people with the correct tools in the space of a morning, you may choose to take all the hassle out of it setting it up by having the supplier install it for you at an additional cost. Self assembly takes between 2-5 hours and requires two people. 'Kerbside' delivery only, on a pallet, via a hydraulic pallet truck which cannot be wheeled across a gravel drive or lawn.The playhouse can be installed directly onto a level patio area, pre-prepared concrete base or directly onto level ground with the addition of rot resistant wooden bearers, available in the 'Accessories' tab. If you choose the installation option please ensure that the ground is prepared as there will be an additional charge should the installation team have to return.Please note that these playhouses are delivered untreated (unless you choose to have them prepainted - please select from the fantastic colours available in the 'Accessories' tab before you order) and will require sealing with a weather proof paint or varnish available from all good Garden Centres and DIY Stores.
