Wooden Tower Playhouse & Slide Raised up on metre long stilt legs, this great garden play house features a sloped ladder on one side to help you get up - and a funky plastic slide down the other side to drop you down again! With a fine balcony on top, along with a safety rail to help keep things safe, this is a great place play in or just to relax and hang out in!The sides of the playhouse are made of pine timber, fashioned into tongue and groove cladding which has had a base coat proofing applied at the factory, helping it to wear well in the British climate. This can be painted over by you using weather resistant wood paints, letting you customise your playhouse to suit you!The three windows are glazed in clear styrene for safety, keeping the interior well lit. The roof and floor are made of flat panels - the roof is finished with the included pre-cut roofing felt and self-sealing roofing nails. All the internal timber for the playhouse is well planed and has rounded edges - helping to keep it child-friendly and splinter free, while the neat piano hinge on the door provides a greater degree of safety for little fingers.The timber for this playhouse is taken from responsible, sustainable sources as monitored and approved by the FSC. The playhouse complies to EN71, the European safety standard for toys.With raised play areas such as this it is recommended that adequate precautions are taken in the event that your child should fall from the platform. We would recommend the Dunweedin Play Area Surface loose rubber chippings available from The Kids Window.
