Smugglers Cottage Installation Service Available! A large apex roofed kids playhouse, featuring two chimneys, a stable-style single door, plus four windows with mock shutters, and window boxes to front and side as standard. The playhouse is manufactured from good quality Swedish timber and is supplied untreated. You can choose to have the house painted for an additional charge and painting options are available below.The playhouse can be installed directly onto a level patio area, pre-prepared concrete base or directly onto level ground with the addition of rot resistant wooden bearers available below. If you choose the installation option please ensure that the ground is prepared as there will be an additional charge should the installation team have to return.Home delivery is available throughout mainland UK however the installation service is only available for customers in England and Wales (Please allow 14 - 21 days if assembly service is required).
